He formerly served as Senior Vice President, Associate General Counsel at a renowned regional bank, as Senior Litigation Counsel and Assistant General Counsel at a vertically integrated real estate company with nationwide reach, and spent several years at a prestigious white-shoe law firm handling a portfolio of litigated matters for some of the largest and most sophisticated global financial institutions.
